Open Call: The QSSI Announces Fellowship at the Hispanic Society Museum & Library

The Queen Sofía Spanish Institute is pleased to announce our support of the Hispanic Society Museum & Library’s Curatorial and Conservation Research Fellows.

 

In this first year, there are four possible fellowships supported in part by the Queen Sofía Spanish Institute (QSSI) within the areas of Latin American Art, Spanish Art, Conservation, and Manuscripts and Rare Books.

This proposed paid Fellowship is intended for students from diverse economic and racial backgrounds in keeping with the Hispanic Society’s initiatives to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level of the institution. Candidates might apply with projects that focus on race and representation within the Hispanic Society’s collections.

The submission deadline for all materials is July 9th, 2021.
